This beautifully located Vail studio condo places you in the heart of Lionshead Village with nearly ski-in/ski-out access to Vail Mountain—just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola. Step outside and you’re instantly immersed in Vail’s vibrant village atmosphere, with world-class ski lifts, shopping, dining, and aprùs-ski entertainment right at your doorstep.

Inside, the studio offers a comfortable and thoughtfully designed mountain retreat. Enjoy Vail Mountain views from the living area and private balcony, the perfect spot to sip morning coffee or unwind after a day on the slopes. The kitchenette is equipped with a half-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker—ideal for light meals and snacks (note: no oven). Sleeping accommodations include a plush king bed along with a convenient sofa sleeper in the living area, complemented by a full bathroom.

Located in the Lift House Lodge, guests enjoy a collection of on-site amenities designed to elevate the Vail experience. The highlight is the fourth-floor rooftop hot tub, a guest favorite and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain—soak under open skies while taking in the alpine atmosphere, whether it’s fresh snowfall in winter or crisp mountain air in summer. Additional conveniences include elevator access to all floors and coin-operated laundry facilities. The building offers limited first-come, first-served parking for a nightly fee ($50 per night during the winter season and $30 per night in non-winter months), with the Lionshead public parking garage just steps away if the lot is full.

NOTE: This is a pet-free unit, but there are other units at the Lift House Lodge that allow dogs. NO air conditioning, but the high-altitude setting and balcony access provide natural cooling throughout the day.

Absolutely Incredible Stay at The Lift House – Vail, COWe had the most amazing stay at The Lift House in Vail, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so thoughtfully prepared. You can immediately tell how much care goes into every detail of this home.The location is unbeatable — just steps from the lifts, shops, dining, and everything Vail Village has to offer. Being able to walk everywhere made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free.The home itself is warm, cozy, and luxurious all at the same time. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the living space was perfect for relaxing after long days on the mountain, and the entire place felt welcoming and peaceful. It truly felt like our home away from home.Our host was wonderful — super responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We felt taken care of from start to finish.If you’re coming to Vail and want the perfect place to stay, stop searching — The Lift House is it. We will absolutely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star experience.

Excellent location and comfortable condo. We enjoyed the balcony so much, and the hot tub on the roof. Very convenient to do laundry down the hall. Helpful staff, coffee provided in the room, and so convenient for the bus, we returned our rental car early.

Nice condo but.....

First we had no instructions of where the actual building was located. We walked and walked looking for it. When we found it the elevator was broken and it appears it has been that way a long time. We had to drag our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The condo is in a great location.

SMALL COLLEGE DORM IN THE CENTER OF VAIL

Overall the location of the property is excellent. But,the property is very worn Iand very dated. The fixtures are from the 70s as well as the interior kitchen bathroom and generalize architecture. The location is excellent but this is basically a Motel 6 about the size of a large bedroom. Do not expect any luxury items or interior. In addition there is no free parking you have to pay $45 a day for parking and it’s first come first serve- this is very tedious.

Amazing Location

I have been to Vail many times over the years and this condo is located in a great spot. Short walk to lifts and even better, everything is close. Short walk to breakfast, coffee shops (skip Starbucks...check out Yelp reviews- they are accurate), dinner, shops, etc. Everything is a very short walk. The condo is small and intimate. The pictures are accurate. We were not in the condo except to rest and sleep. There is too much to do outside of the unit. It was extremely cold during our stay and snowed constantly, but the proximity of the condo to everything we wanted made the temperatures bearable. The check-in process was extremely easy...one of the easiest we hav experienced with any rental. We deducted 1-star due to the hot tub not being operational. After first full day of skiing, we checked in with the front desk for the location of the hot tub....we were told it was not working. We asked if it was just that particular day or on on-going issue. We were advised they had no idea when the hot tub would be working. The staff acted as if it was an on-going issue. This was very disappointing for us. We look forward to skiing hard during the day and soaking in the hot tub at night. My wife & I are already planning another trip to Vail for late March, early April and this condo is on our list for a repeat visit.

Quaint little condo in the middle of Lionshead.

Older property in Lionshead but an excellent value. Love the anteroom where the outside gear can be parked without coming into the living area. The living space (it is a studio, after all) looked larger than the 473 sq ft due to the mirrored wall. Did I mention the great value? Slept 3 comfortably.

Nice property with a great location. It's a pretty short walk to the lift, and it was nice to be right in the center of Lionshead. The building and property are somewhat dated, but everything seems to be maintained well. We would stay again.
