Nestled in a small hamlet, facing the majestic Château de Losse and only 200 meters from the Vézère, this charming stone house offers an ideal setting for a stay in the heart of Périgord Noir. Accommodating up to 6 people, it has a pretty enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue for convivial meals on summer evenings and a ping-pong table. Nearby, the village of Valojoulx offers a gourmet market on Friday evenings in summer as well as a self-service grocery store from local producers. A perfect place to enjoy the peace, nature and wealth of the region.



Open the door and enter directly into the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, grain coffee maker as well as all the kitchen utensils you need to make good meals) and with a dining table for 4 people.



Take the corridor to the left and discover a large living room of about 30 m². Here you can share your meals around the dining table for 6 people or relax in the lounge area, equipped with a sofa and a TV. A pellet stove is available to heat the room if necessary.



The sleeping areas are accessible by two separate staircases. The stairs from the kitchen lead to two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and toilet. The first bedroom has two single beds (80x190 cm), while the second, ideal for children, is equipped with a bunk bed with a 140x190 cm bed at the bottom and 80x190 cm at the top. The staircase in the living room leads to a large master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a bathroom with shower, a reading area and a separate toilet.
