Avis Adorable 5 Bedroom Home With Patio

At 11 pm Sunday night I got a text from VRBO stating the host had just cancelled our reservation. We were flying in at 8 am Monday morning. I had also spoken with the host 1 week earlier to ensure everything was in order as the 5 of us were running a horse show at Thunderbird and we’re working long hours. This put us in a horrible position. I called him and he said it was previously booked on another platform but we could stay till Friday morning. The house was ok but 1 tiny towel each (5 only), carpets not vacuumed and dirty. I would not recommend booking with this host for any reason. Afterwards o realized he’d done the same thing to somebody else. NOT COOL!!

I was extremely dissapointed when I booked this house for a recent work trip. The host cancelled last minute and when i asked the reason there was no response. There is a no cancelation policy against renters and therefore should be one for unexpected host cancelations as well.

Great location for us.
