Room was very clean. The full size Dove shampoos, soaps & hand lotion were much appreciated. The dining room food was tasty. The breakfast buffet had everything (and expensive). The staff were friendly & helpful. Even though the hotel is on a very busy street, our room was very quiet.

Room was clean, staff friendly. If arriving by car, note the front vestibule does not have much room for a quick stop to check in so park in the garage then head to the lobby. Hotel is located near the hospital, so expect sirens at all hours, and maybe ask for a room not across from the vending machines.

Staff was very good. The adjoining restaurant was very good the waitress in the morning shift was very friendly and accommodating and the waiter in the evening, every observant,and very friendly he noticed my wife wasn’t very warm so asked if we wanted to move to a warmer table. Said we were fine where we were. He then offered us a hot water with lemon wedges which help my wife enjoy our meal. This young man was helping all the other patrons.

Surprisingly there was no lockable safe within our room. The male change room associated with the swimming pool had small lockers for clothing/possessions, but required a padlock to make it secure! How many hotel guests carry a suitable padlock with them? Key, or code activated lockers would seem more appropriate.

The room was clean, fresh towels daily, nice size room. The hotel itself is a bit “worn” and could use a face lift with carpet, etc. The morning buffet was good. The only disappointing part was that our regular size truck couldn’t fit it into the parking garage because of the low hanging bars at the entrance. The parking garage that the hotel sent us to felt unsafe and was not well lit. We were forced to park on the street and got a $47 parking ticket. Other than parking, the hotel is central for Children’s Hospital and some shopping.
