Convenient, affordable. Staff was very nice and accommodating of a pod change (post surgery so had trouble climbing to the top pod). Close to mall, groceries and restaurants. Area outside in the parking lot and surrounding area is a bit sketchy, and not clean.

Great location, just a walk from the Richmond-Brighouse station. Love that it’s 24h check-in. Lots of locker space. Felt very secure, and I slept well in my pod even though it’s small! Clean bathroom as well.

This business is fraudulent. Be extremely cautious before booking. I booked a pod for a few hours before a flight out of YVR. Paid for the 'room' through Expedia. Payment was accepted by Panda Pod. When I went to check in they refused to provide accomodations as the credit card ( booked by my dad) wasn't the same as my name. They required a specific email to be sent which was followed literally to the letter. Then they refused accommodation because the email address didn't match his name. REALLY?! If my email address is mudman and my name is Smith or Patel, you will take my money but deny me a place to sleep, that is PAID for, because my email has to match a last name?! Fraudulent. I do NOT recommend this business.
