Very relaxing spot to stay compared to the condos near Richmond center. The host got back to us quickly any time we messaged, and checking in and out was very straightforward, so no need to worry about that. John was very prompt to answer my questions and gave helpful instructions for the stay, the book about the area was a nice touch.The place was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed, I really appreciate the washer and dryer.Location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood and the nearby park gave us a great shortcut to a main bus route as we did not have a car.Overall, a great stay!

Spent the weekend here, very cozy. Privacy is definitely appreciated as long as guests keep it to themselves. Itโ€™s best to have your own ride as transportation might not be too convenient if going out or coming back late at night.

Host responses very fast, property exact match the picture, overall stay is pleasant. The 1 star deducted from the super noise portable AC, and the bedroom door is not aligned well, you have to enforce to open and close.
