Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, good working heater and shower pressure is excellent. Beds are comfortable too. One of the best free continental breakfasts I’ve run across! Scrambled eggs, ham, croissants, huge muffins, toast, different kinds of cereals, fruit, bagels, coffee, tea, orange, apple and cranberry juices, and yogurt. Hotel is very well located with many types of restaurants around, within 1 or 2 blocks. Downtown Vancouver is about 25 minutes away. I’d definitely recommend this hotel

Very helpful and courteous staff. Unfortunately, I did not realize this hotel was close to the hospital and there were multiple ambulance visits to the Hospital during the night which disturbed my sleep. Otherwise great stay ! Breakfast surprisingly generous and hot !
