This is a gorgeous hotel that’s very clean. The bathroom is huge and the bed was super comfortable. The staff is very courteous and professional. We could hear some of the traffic from the highway but it wasn’t too bad.

Second time staying here and it was great as usual. Very easy to get around once you know the area. The Richmond night market is literally steps away and there are plenty of dining options around, including on site. The parking could be better as I prefer to self park and it can be quite costly if you don't use the app which isn't a great either but it's not run by the hotel so can't blame them. Overall, I would highly recommend the Versante if you're looking for a place in Richmond.

The staff is fantastic, the location is convenient, and the cleanliness and attention to detail are always top-notch. There’s always room for improvement anywhere, but nothing stood out as negative during our visit — just another smooth and enjoyable stay. It’s nice to drop in every now and then — you know, just to make sure everything’s still running as well as it always does 😉. Highly recommended

Only worth it if you can get a deal on a booking app. If you book directly through the hotel, they charge you more in hidden fees for valet, etc. Not a 5 star hotel as advertised, but still better than your 3 star travel lodge.
