Summary:
At the foot of Castello Doria, a panoramic retreat for families and groups of friends in Vernazza. 60 sqm, fourth floor served by one of the few lifts in the village, sleeps up to 6.
The Space:
Bright living room with dining table, double sofa bed, 43" Smart TV and air conditioning that cools the whole flat. Romantic double bedroom with sea-view balcony. Second bedroom with bunk beds and a fan, ideal for children or friends. One compact bathroom with shower. Functional kitchen with washing machine and Nespresso machine. The small terrace looks out over the coast as far as Monterosso.
Guest Access:
Fourth floor served by a lift — a rarity in Vernazza (a handful of steps to reach the lift itself). Access from Via Guidoni or the panoramic seafront. Can be combined with Casa Teresa (3 guests) and Maemuna (3 guests), in the same building, sleeping up to 12 together — ideal for larger groups who want to stay close while keeping independent units.
The Neighborhood:
Vernazza, the most photographed village in the Cinque Terre: main square, little harbour, restaurants and shops, all a short walk away. A quiet spot, near the ferry pier.
Getting Around:
The train station is a few minutes' walk. Public car park above the village for those driving (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), shuttle and then a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes). Advance booking of the car park recommended (roughly €20/day).
Other Things to Note:
Small and medium-sized dogs welcome for a non-refundable supplement, on a lead in communal areas including the stairs. Heating independently controlled.
We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar — plus our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout. Concierge office in Vernazza open 9:30am–7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Interaction with Guests:
Assisted check-in 3:00pm–7:00pm, late check-in 7:00pm–10:00pm with a €50 supplement, no check-in possible after 10:00pm — past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway: far better to plan a calm arrival the next day.
