Family fun

Lots of help as we had car troubles from the start of our stay but still managed to enjoy ourselves.
Recommend this property to anyone.

Not what we were looking for
Publié le 21 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property was accurately portrayed in the listing, but had some drawbacks. The downstairs had no curtains for the windows. The large bed was a foam mattress, although the smaller bed was a regular mattress. The shower had some mold. There were some bare wires and burned out light bulbs.

The foam mattress is in the description and should not be a surprise. There is no mold in the shower . The wires do not affect anyone or the safety of any person. I do not think a burnt out light bulb deserves a two star rating . I would suggest you stay at hotels in the future .

Great place to relax!
Publié le 5 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed the cozy converted barn! It was comfortable and spacious, and we loved the ping pong table! Only complaint was the bathroom is upstairs, but not a deal-breaker. We'd definitely stay again!

Great place away from it all
Publié le 4 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWell appointed place in a quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed so our kids could get a quiet sleep after busy days of travel. Ping pong and the giant bean bag were hits. And the barn fit us just fine. We enjoyed seeing the friendly dogs and spying on chickens through the fence. Would stay again!

Nice place
Publié le 25 août 2023 sur HomeAwayAs advertised. Clean. Comfortable. More than enough space for all of us (3 adults, 2 children). Quieter rural location but a short drive to Victoria and beaches.

Converted Barn
Publié le 17 août 2023 sur HomeAwayLovely place to stay, much bigger than expected. A nearby drive from the ferry, in a nice quiet countryside spot. On the road the barn is on there is lots of roadside stands selling jams, berries and flowers from the local farms. The place is very clean and well maintained inside. We very much appreciated the table tennis! Spotted a hummingbird outside the window and received a sweet welcome from Murphy the dog!
