The room was nice. They have complete kitchen sets, refrigerator, stove and microwave. The first room that was initially assigned to us was obviously not clean as the beds are not yet done and we see trash and towels on the floor but they immediately transferred us to a different room after we called them. Our overall stay in the hotel was okay since we're out most of the time except for the last day. We never asked for housekeeping in our 3 days stay there but on our last day, we asked for extra coffee and towels and the receptionist said that he's not sure if there is someone available in the housekeeping. I called again after almost an hour of waiting to follow it up and he said there is still no one available with no apology on the wait. They gave us the towels less than an hour before our check out so we we're rushing during the check out as the housekeeping was right infront of our door at 11am. Overall, I think the stay is still good. They just have to improve their service.
