A peaceful place to stay. The 2bd suite is set up for enjoyable mornings and easy evenings: a bright living space, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds (Queen/Single/Optional King). Perfect for couples, families, business travellers — up to 4 guests.

The suite has a sunny park–facing yard. It’s a short walk to amenities, coffee shops, parks, the ocean, a grocery store, and restaurants. Everything you need, nothing to think about.

~25 min to Downtown Victoria and Sooke. Free parking.

The space
This is an independent, furnished, and fully equipped two-bedroom suite with a separate entrance. The living room faces south, making it bright and sunny throughout the day. The yard faces a park and has a private patio with a covered outdoor dining area and propane BBQ. The covered dining area provides a comfortable place to sit and eat throughout the year.

One bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom can have either one King bed or two Single beds. By default, this room has two Single beds. A King bed can be provided upon request.

We think that the location of our place is perfect. On one hand, it is very peaceful and quiet. On the other hand, all the amenities and the attractions are very easy to reach.

Coffee places, groceries? Very close. Love the ocean, looking golf courses, restaurants? They are minutes away. A small forest? It is seconds away. Like morning jogging? The area is walkable and safe. Need a playground or a bike park? Just walk there, it is so close. Need to work? Our internet is fast, the workplace is ready.

This suite is geared towards longer stays. It has a stacked washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and cooking and serving essentials, a separate workspace with an adjustable chair, and a fast internet connection.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire suite, which is fully independent and reserved exclusively for their use during their stay. They are also welcome to enjoy the backyard and the outdoor BBQ and dining area, providing a comfortable space to relax, prepare meals, and dine outdoors. A designated parking space is available on the left side of the driveway for guests’ convenience.

The suite is a part of our family home, so you may occasionally hear footsteps, muffled conversations, children playing, and other normal household sounds. There is soundproofing between floors to help reduce noise, though it doesn’t eliminate it completely.

We are an infant- and child-friendly home, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

Our cat sometimes plays in the backyard.

We would like our neighbours to be respected, so please follow the rules:
- No smoking on the property (vaping is okay outdoors).
- No parties or loud noises.
- Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am.
- Only the registered guests are allowed to stay in the suite.

Piano players are welcome! Upon request, we can place an electric Casio piano with 88 weighted keys in the suite. If you are preparing for a concert, we can also provide limited access to an upright acoustic Samick piano in our home. Please let us know.
