Long way for little improvment

It requred a lot of efforts for small improvements such as WIFI and a refregirator. It took me three telephone calls/visits to have them fixed. For the case of the refregirator, it took half a day to solve this. This is very irritating and frustrating. I prefer a hotel where one call solves the problem immediately.

Bad communication

Some communication problem. Satelite TV was not working, so I asked for fixing. Guys came but could not fix it. They went back without saying anything. The problem was fixed nex day, but no explanation, no apology. They may improve the communication.

good but slow and over priced

Contre : Room service Room maintenance
The food and rooms are good. The room service is the slowest i have seen. On the whole the hotel and rooms have the feel of used material - not refurbished and renewed.

Just an extension to street side sleeping

Pour : Near to shopping areas
Contre : Wash blankets after every guest, repair water system, replace toilet seat, make sure to clean restaurant plates and spoons, replace rude employees.
Emplacement : Lot of shopping in 5 to 10 minutes drive.
Hotel staff are horrible. Talks like street side rowdies. They don't know local language or English and at the same time with lot of headstrongness. Treats guests very bad. If you give big tip ($9 or more), then they will smile for 5 mins and after that the next shift employees will start the same rudeness. Buffet breakfast is horrible. They know you won't give any tips, all dirty atmosphere with super crowd with outside people and it is a big mess... food spilled everywhere, dirty plates and spoons, extremely rude employees and we don't even know what language they speak. My next table guest asked for a spoon and the server bring a used spoon from other table just by wiping with paper napkin. Toilet seat is horrible. Shower all of a sudden dumps hot water and then normal water. Make sure you won't burn your skin. Stinky smell in the rooms with concentrated pest control spray. Yellow spots on the blankets...
