Room is clean but not enough room service. Running out of shower gel and towel, I have to pick up those at the front desk every day. Breakfast is the worst. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. However, the air conditioner was a bit loud and I got to the breakfast area a little late at 9:30 am and there wasnt much left but there were a lot of familes staying there while we were there. Overall, would stay here again!

Why is a small automated sales flatform setup in front way? To pickpocket your guests? Nonsense of sales items, the prices! Please don't give Hyatt Regency a shame!

I’ve stayed at this hotel 1/2 a dozen times in the past 5 years. The staff are friendly and the breakfast staff are very hard working. The selection at breakfast is pretty good, with eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and different breads. The rooms are clean and the pool area is well maintained.
