Spectacular place to stay. Can't recommend it enough. Liked to have stayed longer.

Great aparment especially with kids. Plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent facilities and the location was perfect. Only a 12 min walk to the centre and nice quite street. The only downside was the entrance door which was a full glass pane which one of our children ran into as there was no markings on the door to show the glass pane. We will definitely being staying here again.

Family Holiday at Wanaka.

Having a family holiday in South Island New Zealand and had a 3-day stay at the Wanaka. The property was located relatively near the town centre and still far enough to maintain the quietness. The staff there was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay there.

Pretty place

Weather wasn’t good during our stay, so did not try out the pool or spa facilities. Very little complimentary coffee and tea, and this was not replaced when new towels were received mid stay. A little thing I know, but it did seem a bit stingy.

Thanks for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed our tea and coffee welcome station on arrival. Over many years of running the apartments we notice the tea and coffee station is seldom used however its nice to have available on arrival. There is absolutely no motive to be stingy. Most guests like yourselves staying a week usually have their own preferred supplies with them however as with any cincerns we are only a message or call away and could have remedied this quickly if you needed specific supplies. We ar edelighted you loved the apartment.

Wanaka

Nice,big,warm townhouse in a good area. 5 minutes drive to town centre. No toiletries in bathroom/ shower. No dish brush for pots and pans. I think these are necessary, especially if you’re calling yourself Luxury on Landsdown

Hello Paul. Thanks for staying with us. As we said at checkin we are available and on call( free phone) for any requests. We were about the apartment several times and did chat with you on occasion. If anything didn’t meet your expectation we could have rectified it immediately. The store cupboard for apartments is adjacent to your entrance. it would have been so quick to restock toiletries and dish washing equipment. Communication is key. Glad you loved the this great apartment.

Place was nice. About a mile from town in nice, quiet residential neighborhood. No soap for the bathroom so you had to use the soap for the shower. Only enough coffee for one morning (we were there for 3 nights). One bathroom hand towel. Bed very firm and sheets felt like they had been starched. Spotty internet. Would work then would stop. Some pluses and some minuses.

Thanks for choosing to stay with us. As we tell all guests in multiple ways and at various times in our information that there is a free phone to call us so any issues can be mitigated straight away. We do provide a tea and coffee with other hot drinks options as a welcome pack for guests on arrival but no means can supply for guests whole stay. The bathroom toiletries are a extensive and a bonus with hand wash dispensers part of the provisions. A quick phone call to us would have solved all of your concerns however I am pleased you enjoyed your stay

This property is located in an attractive housing estate in beautiful Wanaka. I'm sure in cool periods of the year it would be cosy with the fireplace but I stayed here when it was particularly warm and found it uncomfortably hot without air-con. Also the very small windows prevented enough air flow to cool it down.

Thanks for choosing to stay with us. This lovely apartment does have fans for hot days and screens on all windows helping airflow with all windows open. We are pleased you enjoyed our WanAka summer.

Very tidy, comfortable apartment. Loved the fire place.Great location, quiet and close to town. Excellent pool and spa facilities.
