Pool was great for family with young kids. Hot tub was warm and worked. Pool was not too deep and did have a shallower end. Waterside does not drip on hot tub users. The pool experience was great! Beds were clean and decent. Bathroom soap was a favourite of mine. I always wish hotels had thicker bedding but that is my own personal preference. I do wish breakfast was a bit better. There was nothing wrong with breakfast per se, they had hot and cold options but nothing stood out as absolutely amazing. I would stay here again. Nice location.

This hotel was alright. It was clean, which is what I was most concerned about and look for in hotel stays. The air conditioner was broken in the unit though, which sucked because we had to turn it off half way through the night due to it being way too loud. My partner said it sounded like “a helicopter” was in our room. The tv was fine but very limited channels as well- it was a budget hotel and you could tell. The breakfast was not good at all. I managed to have some toast and sausages. The eggs were inedible. The staff was nice for the most part, however, my partner felt a staff member was being passive aggressive when she saw us with a luggage cart she goes “oh there’s the other cart” and we apologized that we needed it and she just kind of shrugged.

I had high hopes based on other reviews but this property fell short. - Our linens were clean but there were handprints on the windows and spots on the desk that had sticky spots from prior guests. No microwave in room. - Hallways had paper/garbage in the evening that was still there by checkout the next morning - Pool ladder near the hot tub was loose making it dangerous to climb out on that side. Also wish the employee that checked us in had let us know the waterslide was only open after 4pm. - Breakfast was just fair. Cold eggs, thin Tim Hortons style "bacon", pancake machine that didnt work and no employee around to ask for help with fixing it. Stale pastries. - Uncomfortable bed made for an awful night sleep and sore back in the morning - Employees smoking out front - Generally apathetic staff I usually stay at Martensville Canalta but thought I'd give this one a try. Next time I will stay with Canalta.

It was a nice hotel in a decent area felt nice to be close to the city but have a smaller town vibe. My only complaint is the pillows are TOOOO soft. It’s great to have the option of a firmer or softer pillow at some hotels, but all in all we had a good stay!
