"Room clean, staff super nice. Don’t appreciate the $250 damage dep being refunded until days later. That’s not right. Understand why there is a damage dep but not refunding as soon as room verified in good order should be after room is checked and should be checked at check out. But the room area is quiet and very nice lady checked me in. "

"There was too much noise with the hockey players playing hockey and running and screaming in the hallways , I had driven for 7 hours and went to try and sleep for 9 pm for I had to get up at 6 am and leave it finally quieted down around 12 am , I’ve stayed at the hotel about 6 different times and were excellent, suggest that parent and hockey players be told to be quiet or charge them 10x the rate , I paid 220$ for one night only me and my young son ! "
