Good rates, good breakfast and clean rooms

Good rates, clean rooms and comfy beds, great breakfast (you have to select the rate that includes breakfast, it's worth it) and generally speaking, we had a good stay. The area didn't feel 100% safe, but there's nothing they can do, actually, they have security people on the property, something we really appreciated.

We were very disturbed to learn that this hotel has locked out its employees for more than two years, and is using scab labour to run the hotel while it locks out its workers. We spoke with the very kind and professional locked out staff on the picket line outside the parking lot and learned how little staff are paid, or the strong arm tactics of the hotel owners. We will never stay at this hotel again until it ends the lock out and comes to a fair collective agreement that pays at least a living wage to its staff.

Due to resurfacing the road right in front of the only property access, caused us to have to drive around for 1 hour at 01:30 Am. After a 3 1/2 hour flight, this was totally frustrating. Got to bed close to 3Am to get up at 10Am. One of the bath towels had a large blood mark in it. Reception at check out did not offer any type of compensation!

Hotel is okay

The hotel was in a convenient location, room was clean, not impressed that there was a long dark hair in the shower, I have white hair, husband is bald! Attention to detail, needed. Breakfast was lacking in choices and quantity, no drinks other than water and coffee.

Nice room. Beds were super comfy and the room was a nice size. The staff were really nice and even upgraded us when they heard we had been on a long trip. The hallways could use a bit of a cleaning but all in all it was a good stay...perfect for an overnight stay

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It had scrambled eggs and sausages. We were not expecting that for the little bit extra it cost with the nights stay. Excellent rating is based on it being a good price when we went. I’m not comparing it to somewhere at $300 night - I’m saying Excellent compared to others in its price range.

The staff are friendly. Everything was clean. I booked a queen bed, but was given a double in a suite with a separate living room. There weren't any built-in charger ports. The mattress was hard and lumpy.

I have stayed here twice now, it is clean, affordable, and fairly quiet. The beds are comfortable and the staff are welcoming and helpful. I didn't like the restaurant, we went in for dessert which they dont sell, it was empty, staff were sitting around on their phones, there was things covered in white sheets, the place looked kind of creepy.
