The room didn’t have all the bathroom supplies that were needed and the keurig wouldn’t work the first couple days. We called three times due to neighbouring rooms being very nosy between 10:30pm to midnight on Thursday the 25th and Saturday between 11pm and 1am but the security guard didn’t do anything and was just talking on his cellphone walking up and down the hallway. We asked for a cab to be called the night before but reception and they didn’t actually call like they said they did. I had to call the night before just incase so we made our flights on time. Terri me service don’t waste your money on this place.

Stayed pool side room 117. Kids loved the water park, supper at the restaurant was good, room was clean and beds were comfy. Problem is the room was very noisy at night. People in the halls were loud and Thrupple happening in the room next to us had us up till I had enough and knocked on their door at 1am to ask them to keep it down. I think there’s ducts that may be connected through rooms or walls are thin? I don’t know but it sounded like they were in the room with us. Very awkward for a family with kids. Next to no sleep was had and we were all exhausted the next day. Wife and kids slept in the car on way back to Regina and I struggled to stay awake while driving. I find it ironic how we spent $194 for a place to sleep and weren’t able to sleep. We’ve stayed here before without these issues so we will stay again next time.

I booked the room here, pool view with the price was $229, but when I checked in it was $236. Bathroom is old and there was rusty in bathtub. There is no drinking water in the room as well.

Had a good stay, pool was nice lots of options to experience with the splash park and slides plus multiple pools but wish the pools were warmer, hot tubs were hot water slide water water was nice and warm but pools were on the cooler side. Stayed for 6 nights King Suit with Kitchen There was a cockroach in the kitchen area… bring repellers … Pool was decent - smelled funny sometimes. During check in - they were confused on why my booking was not properly entered in their system- they told me my room was only booked for 4 nights and wanted to give me a different room for the other nights… (I was ready to book another hotel as there are many in that intersection) they eventually fixed it. They did let me in early … since I was tired. Very noisy at night - lots of doors opening and closing. Bring or buy ear plugs. The area is like a maze - some room numbers will suddenly jump from 3 numbers to four numbers If you’re planning to be out and about in Saskatoon - this would probably be a good stay..i never stayed during the day as I was exploring the city ..!there are a few homeless people in the area; make sure you doors are locked. Not really a fan of their coffee .. Kurig - best bring your own or go out and get some.. Food downstairs was good although there is a Denny’s across the street. For the price - I’d say it be a fair stay … again I was blessed to have the option of going out and spending my money where I want not just in the hotel.

Well, the hotel was dirty, the door to our room must of had a 4” gap under it as there was no sound dampening. I guess we had to request cleaning, as know maids came to our room and we left at 830 am . Not pleased with the condition of the hotel. On a bright note the lovely lady we had that served us breakfast was a treat!
