Nedding wasnt changed,no staff on duty to do it so had to chamge sheets ourself. Shower was hanging off the wallbounces back and forth couple inches.needed sealed.tv wasnt workin at first.walls in room were just trashed. Payed extra for themed room. The Castle rooms. Walls just so badly beaten.there was plaster on floor from where it had fallen off and not been swept up.almost added to the old castle look if hadnt know the walls were just a mess.no towels for pool when we went in evening.was booked for a second night but left after 1 and rebooked somewhere else which sucked as the pool side of it was kinda cool for the kids even though really busy.rooms onv need bit upgrading or tlc.and with 260rooms you think there be atleast one maid who able to change a bed after 6pm.

Found the room below average, MANY updates required, from the heating system to the bathroom counter. The staff could not have cared less about anything. Update your pictures, they do not reflect the room we stayed in. Too many other things to even list. Will not stay there again, do not recommend.

Tried to check into the room category Boomed but there was a man passed out across the hallway preventing access and making us feel very unsafe. We were put into a lower category room on main floor, no compensation offfered. Someone stole a cab from right outside hotel during same time frame. Avoid this property at all costs!!!

Our room was great, our son is in a wheelchair so the water area was perfect for him to splash in. The hotel was full of guests so the only complaint would be the excessive noise!

Bathroom needed a new tub, bottom was peeling and made it impossible to bath, showering was even difficult as the jagged edges of the areas perking were tough and sharp on the feet. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
