I specifically booked there because the swimming pool and waterslide looked the best in the city! When I checked in they said it was down for maintenance. I feel like this is something they should tell customers before hand! I had 2 very upset little girls.

The bathroom tub had marks and the hot water pipe made a banging sound when in use. On entering, the room was freezing and thermostat did not work. The maintenance person had to change the filter and reset the thermostat.
