I stayed there for four nights and I requested them to clean my room and change my bed sheets but in four nights they did not bother to change the bed sheets . Additionally the person who cleaned the room , left the room open and I could lose valuable items . That was rackless. At nights it was too busy and noisy , drunk people roaming around the hall. I didn’t feel safe at all! I will never go to this hotel in my future trips .

Locked Bicycle Storage

Stayed because they were the only hotel in Banff that could provide locked storage for our bicycles. As a bonus the room was large and comfortable. Had the health spa (pool and hot tub) to ourselves. Great service from the staff. Would stay again.
