I had booked and paid online. Our home had just burned to the ground and we had no physical id or credit cards. Arriving at the front desk, we were delayed for a very long time, trying to contact a friend or family member who would be able and willing to fill out an emailed form for our security deposit with an attached photo of their credit card and photo id to cover for us. This is only used in a case where the room is damaged, needing to re-cover costs. We could have made a cash deposit, but that's not acceptable. We don't damage hotel rooms. This was not a pleasant experience, considering what we've just been through.

Room was very small and cramped. Old tv with basic cable. Outlets didnt work. Bed was very uncomforatable and pillows were 5 pillow cases on one pillow to add "fluff". Will not be returning. Not a good option for a family with a baby.
