We have booked 4 rooms and we got two rooms on main floor and they were really noisy. I complained regarding this to the front desk and it stopped for 15 minutes and it continued again.

Front desk staff was excellent, very friendly and efficient. The room left a lot to be desired. The couch was very visibly worn as the cushions were red and had cracks showing the inside of the cushion. The bathroom floor was full of hair and dust that was very clearly visible. The bed was ok, but the pillows felt very cheap and did not offer any comfort options; rather they were the high filled with no movement kind, and queen sized for a king bed.

We had such noisy upstairs neighbours, couldn’t even sleep. Called front desk to complain. Obviously they can’t do much. But still just made everything horrible. Left totally unrested.

The area is great, check was easy, the quality of the bed was very poor , very hard . I woke up with a stiff neck . The couch was tattered stripping , it looked like it was taken out of the dumpster. But bfast was great and bfast hostess was amazing helpful and very chirper.
