Loved everything about my stay as I always do here. This is my first time staying here with an infant, and my only complaint is their lack of cribs! They told me they only had 1 or 2 in the whole property and therefore we couldn’t have one. I’m thankful I called ahead and knew to bring my own, but it wasn’t super convenient!

We found the parking a bit frustrating as the BHP employees had more convenient parking than hotel guests. Hotel was very busy with the cattleman's conference on as well.

Initial room was freezing cold as window was left open. This is 1:30am check-in with -20 with strong wind right into room. People staying in next room were awake and told us they had informed hotel staff that a window was open in the room next to them about 1/2 befor we arrived. We ended up getting a different room and staff were nice, But not a nice event after a long day of travel to spend and extra 1/2 hour cheking in and moving bags.
