Renovations are happening, just not yet to the floor we were booked on. Elevators (3) incredibly slow or unvailable due to reservation for reno crew. Had to walk down 11 floors one morning. Room pretty clean, i miss daily servicing that has dissappeared aince CoVID. Side and base of tub looked as if hadnt been washed down in some time, but rest of bathroom appeared spotless. Beds uncomfortsble, room temps unbearable- had to turn ac on to 64 to be able to sleep..in April. Service staff were friendly. Breakfast good. Alao miss the coffee shop that used to operate in the lobby area too, likely another fall to Covid.location was perfect for what we needed this weekend,lots of activities and restaurants planned in downtown area and trip to Prairieland was 6 min.

The walls are paper thin and the people who stayed next door to us were partying all night and being very loud. We had to make several noise complaints. This would have been better solved by putting us in a separate room and not directly next door to an Adjoining room when there were several rooms available. The elevators were extremely slow, we had to wait about 5-10 minutes for an elevator. I did feel safe parking vehicle outside, thought that there was underground parking available.
