We’ve stay here three times but this is will be our last , our room was like a deep freeze the way to our room some one had pissed all the way down the hall to where ever. Parking cost us 24 dollars and so called security wandering around. I thought I lived in Canada. Well not here again that’s for sure.

Great hotel with a lot to offer

This is a really nice hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is very clean and has a bit of a high end atmosphere. There are 2 restaurants on site, I ordered room service and it fast and delicious and reasonably priced. It’s located right across from a large park, which was nice for an evening stroll.

The place is pretty chewed up could use some paint and updated furniture. Kind of my fault for not digging deeper for pictures because I’m a little disappointed in the size of the room I didn’t realize how small it would be. Also the actual remote for the smart tv rather than having the cable remote would be nice. The shower is large and very nice it’s about the best part of this place. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

After staying there for 4 nights I got a call from the general manager, couldn’t even come speak to me in person. She informed me that I was to leave and no longer welcome and no reason given. I had to demand to know why I was being treated so rudely and finally I was told that at a different time than I was staying there someone I had visit to my room had stolen something from the property. Nothing to do with me, I did nothing wrong yet because something happened by someone else that I did not know about that made me guilty somehow. I used to highly recommend the park town but I no longer can when they treat their innocent customers like criminals! Shame on you Park Town and shame on the general manager for not being professional and treating a paying customer like trash.
