The room itself could have had a tad bit better lighting, the floor in the tub was dirty, the WiFi in our room didn’t work contacted front desk for no one to give any kind of assistance, parking was $50 a night, the night we stayed children decided to play knock knock on different doors all night and run up and down the halls until security came but once they left they were back at it. We checked out at 7 in the morning cancelled our stay for the next evening NEVER EVER AGAIN IN LIFE WILL I EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

The room's heater ran all night but never reached its temperature (room 308). There was alsoa fire at 1am, which I know can be accidental, however I thought there could have been better communication. We stood outside and in the lobby for over an hour. It was very cold. I'm sure there are extra blankets somewhere. We could quickly tell the fire was minor by the firefighters reactions and equipment be being brought in, however, nothing was announced, an apology for the inconvenience or updates. I felt like we were left in the dark. The Embassy Suites brand has always been a our go to; this hotel inparticular. But I feel we might shop around next trip.
