Chambre confortable, mais pas très bien isolé. Point négatif: bien que la nourriture soit bonne, le fonctionnement pour le déjeuner n'est pas clair.

This is obviously a nice place with a great location, but the staff was what made it shine, from the wait staff to the front desk to the cleaning people. Everybody had a great attitude, and was very helpful. Thank you!

The Madison Hotel which is owned and operated by Marriot advertised and charge us extra for the room as "City View". We checked in into a room at the 10th floor but the room didn't have any view except a tall building on the other side of the street (about 50' away) with a brick exterior. The next morning we woke up before 6am because of a bang bang noise from the above floor. It turned out they have a construction going on without a) disclosing it in any form or shape (online or at the check-in time), b) closing the hotel because of the construction. When we complained about the City View, the manager said: "This is what we call "City View" because you see the next building on the other side of the street. If that's the case, every hotel room is a "City View" room unless the room is in the basement. And regarding the construction noise, they said sorry and said they can downgrade us to level 6 without compensating us for the downgrade. We decided to go to level 6 to avoid all-day long construction noise.
