Our stay was terrible. Our room was dirty, dishes and empty beer bottles under the beds, mold behind and on the toilet as well as in the bath tub. The bathroom smelled horrible. Dirty floors, broken lamps and ver run down. The pool area was dirty, staff allowed small children to swim by themselves unsupervised and the hot tub was barely warm. They also closed the swim area well before the posted closed time. Some the breakfast food was moldy. Overall it was absolutely not worth the money that we paid for the room and was very disappointing !!

I apologies for your inconvenience that caused during your stay. we value your business with us and your concerns are important to us and we are committed to addressing the issues. It was busy weekend and houseful due to state level swim event and hockey tournament in the town, getting the room reservation for this weekend 02/29 to 03/03 was challenging for people that were travelled to the town. regarding hot tub water: kids were using since from 02/29 and we had to clean every day to maintain the clean water that was the reason hot tub water not an expected warm. we are working on renovation work in the washrooms. we had to close the pool early because of kids were playing in the pool from 9am. we unlock the pool door at 9am and our staff is not responsible for supervision the kids in the pool. Again I apologies for inconvenience during the stay.

It was incredibly noisy with doors slamming, hallway voices echoed. Breakfast was gross. There were lots of carbs, walmart donuts with no utensils to use, zero protein options. Staff was kind enough.

The property is very tired. Everything looks like it needs some TLC. The mattress was great though

Had doubts about the cleanliness of the hot tub, since there was no circulation and the water level was abnormally low. The staff were non-native English speakers and very difficult to understand, and spoke in a foreign language to each other which was slightly disconcerting. The room itself was fine. Life jackets of various sizes were provided at the pool, which was greatly appreciated.
