Charming, spacious and well located rental unit

The house is charming, clean and offers plenty of space of a family or group. The area offers many options for activities. While the unit has some affiliation with the Harbor Hotel and guests have access to the hotel pool, the unit is not up to the standard of the hotel. While clean and comfortable and likely similar or better than other rental houses, there were a number of details lacking, such as no locks on bathroom doors, no room darkening shades, no bedside tables or lighting. There is a tenant living upstairs and the outdoor space was disheveled and not very usable. The house is likely better than other nearby options but don't expect it to equal a room at Harbor Hotel.
