I nice motel overlooking the lake , just a 5 minute drive from downtown. Easy to get to Tiki bar was just a walk down the hill to sit lakeside for lunch

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Short walk to the lake with our dog. Overall, a good stay except for another guest chain-smoking cigarettes on the deck outside our room. We, along with several other guests enjoying the view, got up and left. We had to keep our sliding door closed, it smelled so bad.

The place is ok. There is some on-going construction around the property. I would not depend on their ‘breakfast’. It includes muffins, oranges, and bananas.

It was comfortable.

The condition of the bathroom is deteriating. The cold water in the sink sprays out from the handle when turned on, and the shower walls are comming loose allowing for water to possibly get behind them. Near the toilet i recognized this.

The view of the lake from the room was outstanding.It was so pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy our morning coffee. We were in Watkins Glen for Captain Bobs Dinner Cruise which was just a short ride away I would definitly recommend a stay at this hotel. Very basic but adequate.

Very nice location with beautiful view. Just a bit difficult to walk up and down due to the steep hill. The Tiki bar had excellent service and food, but not good for anyone with mobility issues. The water pressure was low too. But would still stay here again because of the comfortable beds and view.

I found the hotel at the last minute after "checking in and then out" at a previous location-see review :( Friendly staff, great location and gorgeous sunrise view from my balcony. Will definitely be back!

Clean and modern room. Shared balcany faces east for morning sunrise over Seneca Lake. Not a 5-star place but good value. Tikt Bar is good, standard fried bar food seems to dominate food menu. Nice people. It was very hot during our visit and the bar was not air conditioned, but it's also a marina so one can tie up a boat at the dock for a cold one! Parking: the hotel is up a steep incline, and there is current construction above the 1st tier room rentals. Thus the drivewaty is not the best, so be careful and take it slow exiting onto the road as there is a deep swale where the driveway and road meet (lots of gouges in the pavement for those who took it too fast). Parking otherwise adequate.
