It was a good hotel for a quick overnight stay. It definitely needs some upgrades. One complaite was that the bath tub would not drain and the beds were a bit small.

I wish you had written your name on your review.We are surprised to hear that our beds are small, because they are very good standard king and queen beds , the same size with any modern hotel. We are always happy to attend to our guests needs, to ensure seamless stay. Our guests satisfaction is our goal.

Might want to call an exterminator. Otherwise clean. Staff was friendly.

It is what it is. A cheap inn/hotel. It was fine but not for families. It was just me passing through looking for something simple. It didn’t have a bed comforter though and while when I checked in I likely could’ve got one I couldn’t later on. Some broken trim and it’s old but did the trick

The 1 time I should have trusted the previous reviews! Unpon arrival, no one at front desk so we called the number and the portable phone was sitting right there, no one even had it. We ended up calling the complaints only number just to get someone in FL! Finally someone came out, we were tired so willing to let that go. Headed down the hall and the smell in the halls was so bad we couldn't even figure out what it was! Finally made it to our room and it was FREEZING, there was no heat on in the room, it was 29° outside. I was over it all and we left. Of course no one at front desk so we just left out card. And now the hotel doesn't want to refund us our money back!! Stop yourself, do NOT stay here!!

We are sorry to hear this , but non of this happened. There was no check in, and the third party refunded. The hotel is sparkling clean and maintains good hygienic conditions. We guarantee guests satisfaction.
