The room was great and comfortable, but it was close to the elevator and I could hear it ding and going up and down all evening. Also, the breakfast should be called « snacks » as it’s only a couple of granola bars with coffee. Don’t count on it if you need a filling and balanced breakfast.

Staff was friendly. Many undesirable people hanging around the property smoking. Wife did not feel safe and did not want to go to the parking lot.

I booked a room for a one night stay. When I checked in, there was a sign stating they were helping someone else and they would be back in a moment. I waited for awhile and then someone finally came out from the back, it was obvious they were not helping another guest. When I got to the room, it smelled of mildew and smoke, there was a used bottle of the complimentary shampoo and "body" hair in the shower. I cleaned it out and realized there was no hair dryer. I tried to call to the reception desk, but the phone did not work, nor did the bedside lamp. I wen to the reception desk for a hair dryer but they were out of hair dryers.... The free breakfast consisted of coffee, flavored coffee-mate, and some granola bars. I would not recommend this hotel.
