Got in late at night around midnight. Have a service dog for my wife. Was questioned and had to provide information that normally do not have to almost like she did not believe our dog is a service animal. Then was told King size bed room that I booked and paid for could not be given because of service dog. Had to take a queen bed room. Was told no refund on price. When booking room online it says pet and service animals are welcome and nothing about room restrictions. Sure didn't feel pet or service animals are welcome. Was also told service animal was not allowed in breakfast area. Will not stay again.
