Parking is limited and a car was parked at the entrance of the carpark making it difficult to park . Then on leaving the carpark Wetherspoons had cages blocking the exit. Rooms were very clean but for the price i would have thought shower gel and shampoo would be included but the hotel did provide soap. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very close to the beach and pier and shops .Only downside was the noise from traffic if your room is on the front of hotel as no double glazing as its an old building, otherwise perfect.
