Very attentive and friendly staff. Pet friendly but at a premium. Breakfast excellent. Will use agian.

Hotel a bit rundown. Needs to have cobwebs removed from room. Staff pleasant. Breakfast basic.

Terrible

The hotel was dirty, run down and unkempt. Will never stay here again! Massive let down, toilet door handle came off in your hand, tv didn’t work, needs a serious refurb! From the outside the place looked closed and derelict - no bar open or food!

Excellent staff but shabby hotel

Excellent friendly and helpful staff and clean room. Hotel generally shabby and rundown. Worn carpets, peeling paint etc. Studio room spacious and clean, but very dated. People wandering around in early hours woke us up. Bar lacked comfort, ambience and drinks range. Breakfast very basic continental with pleasant coffee and fruit juice. Staff were let down by the premises. Probably wouldn’t rebook, but it is dog friendly which may be a plus for some.
