Everything was great. I especially enjoyed the wide variety of the breakfast buffet, which included quiche, lox, grilled vegetables, and a nicer assortment of fruit than usual. Noteworthy: The staff was incredibly sweet; you’ve hired some truly wonderful people.

I can’t believe I’m saying this but for the first time in my life, I was confused at check-in. Instead of “welcome here’s your key”, I got a list of itemized charges that will be placed on my card and some food credit this food credit that (2 different ones with different amounts)….and then, the credit never got applied, even after I messaged the hotel. Too bad. I don’t typically leave bad/neutral reviews.
