I loved the bed and the over sized tub it was clean and comfortable.

Not only is this place dirty, its got mold & mildew in the bathroom & bedroom.

Bed bugs at this motel

Well, I walked into my room...pulled back the cover of the bed and there was a bed bug lying in the middle of the bed... THAT did it for me.... I left immediately... The woman at the counter said I could not get my money back but I did not care. I was NOT going to stay there.

There internet code would not work and the person working the desk couldn’t figure out why. There was no breakfast, even though we were told the time for it at check in. Not the friendliest

Holes in the wall and ceiling, poorly working lock. Dirty upholstery, bad mattress. Outer door unlocked. Room marked nonsmoking but still smelled like smoke. Price was unreasonable for such poor condition. Go elsewhere.

Dear Cathy, So sincerely apologetic about your experience. I think the whole that you're referring to is the whole that's in the bathroom door. The hotel is fully aware of that and has taken the measures to order a door to replace that door but it still hasn't come in. Also sincerely sorry about the door on the exterior building not locking. We've already put in order within a technician and just waiting for them to come back and tell us when they'll be available. I know these sound like excuses but they are the honest truth and so much is in our hands with shortages in the labor field right now. I'm really not sure why your room smelt like smoke since it is a non-smoking room. I looked into the complaint log and did not see that you had mentioned any of these complaints to the front desk. Upon your stay had you then we would have tried our level hardest best to make your stay better. Once again I can only apologize for the inconveniences that were caused. Thank you for bringing your concerns to the table so we can make sure that we can better ourselves for other guests.
