Kingsmill room
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay in the Williamsburg area. The rental is conveniently located, close to many of the area attractions. However, it is small, essentially a motel room with a bed area and a small bathroom.
After our stay, we were disappointed with the communication with the owner of the unit. We had left some clothing in a drawer and contacted the owner who said he would check on it. However, we have not heard anything despite multiple attempts at contacting him.

Prior to check in the host was very helpful but when we needed clean sheets he asked us to walk behind the other condo yards to his patio to get clean sheets out of a bin on his porch. We didn’t do this. We didn’t feel comfortable walking behind homes at night with our flashlight on. The stains on the sheet looked like body fluid stains. There was dead spider in the bathroom glass. And fall silk foliage on the counter in the room- when has this room been used ? A dead spider and fall decor ? When I asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else he laughed and told me I was the most unreasonable person he’d talked to. I asked for a refund and he said no. I called Vrbo to get help and no help there. I felt uncomfortable staying there knowing the host was frustrated by us and with so many extra holes in the walls that I didn’t know what they were for. This is a no for me, do not recommend at all

Reunion stay
Publié le 22 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwaySpent two nights nestled in a hotel room at Kingsmill. The price was right. The accommodations were comfortable and quiet. The view of the golf course was pleasant. With a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, the only thing missing was a toaster. I was surprised that you have to have cable memberships to watch any sports at a golf resort. But we spent no TV time anyway. Overall, worth the stay.

Publié le 26 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe place was quiet, clean and as described in listing. Loved the patio for evening drinks. The place was perfect for 2 people. The bed was quite comfortable. Andy was responsive to any question we had.
Would definitely stay here again!

Nice resort - good location
Publié le 4 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwaySmall but fine for a couple. Well appointed. Close to tennis club and the Mill which is convenient for breakfast. Resort is close to Busch Gardens. Access to small pool. Some nicer larger pools in resort but no access to them. No official access to tennis either.

Kingsmill is beautiful. The condo we stayed in was clean, great location and very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch watching golfers.
