Upon checking in the room was not ready at 4pm. We did have to wait. After checking in to desired room there were holes in walls from previous guests and condiments left in cabinets with trash left behind as well.

Alex at check in was amazing and so friendly. The indoor pool was constantly packed and no rentals for kids such as life jackets or floaties like other chains nearby. You also don’t have your own washer and dryer in unit. It’s shared.

There were three things that made it an excellent vacation: (1) a clean and spacious apartment fully equipped with everything we needed; (2) access to facilities of the resort including the swimming pool etc.; (3) proximity to the attractions of the Historic Triangle including Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement, and the Yorktown Battlefield. We definitely enjoyed and appreciated our stay.

Rooms are clean but one room did not get heat and the bathroom had a roach. Both bathrooms definitely needed and upgrade. Hot tub faucet was rusted bad. Toilets did not flush properly in one of the bathrooms and doors in the other bathroom had to be slammed to shut.

The main issue with this property was the check-in process. Everyone was complaining that the rooms were not ready 2+ hours past the check-in time. After our 9 hour drive, the last thing I wanted to do was wait around a few hours for our suite to be ready. Staff was very apologetic and polite. Parking spots were limited. Rooms were clean and village was quiet but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. I love the size of the room and kitchen area available. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are great, I love the options available. My nephew loves the indoor pool and gym.
