Gorgeous and private!
Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I stayed 4 night in this updated 1700s cottage that was clean and cozy. I’m an early riser so I enjoyed the early mornings by the fire pit and my wife slept in. We visited a lot of the area places ie Strasburg railroad, sight and sound theatre which was amazing! Went to Amish and or Mennonite owned and or run shops and markets and just had a relaxing time when we return to the cottage . The Meck’s did a wonderful job updating yet keeping it from the era. The fresh baked cookies and their homemade sausage was a delicious treat! Would highly recommend this place and will return in the future. Thanks John and Deb!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed sitting outside and seeing the horse and buggies go by and the farmers working in the fields next door. The house had everything we needed to make for a perfect stay. This was our 2nd time staying here and we look forward to coming back again.

Quiet Getaway

The house was perfectly clean and had everything you could imagine! The house is located out in the country and you can sit and enjoy the quiet. We will definitely book here again!

Great stay back in time!
