There was NO HOT WATER in the shower for 2 days.

Thank you for your feedback as it is our way to improve our services. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you by lack of hot water in your room. We did have an ignitor malfunction on our boiler. Happy to report that it is fixed. I have shared your comments with my team for their corrective action.

Very old building

This hotel is very old. First room, the key didn’t work and had to go back to the front desk. The second room they gave me, same, third room, same and they finally had to physically go to rooms to see which one works. That was a waste of 30 mins for a late check in… Only the thing good was staff there that was very nice. But took too long. They upgraded me to the executive room but still looked like a very old room. Toilet was so old too and thought that it would break.
