During our stay, we found a razor blade inside a blanket that was stored in the closet. This presented a clear safety concern. The bathroom door did not shut properly and there were visible urine stains on the bathroom floor. These issues indicate the room was not properly cleaned or maintained prior to our arrival. Due to the cleanliness and safety problems, we were not comfortable with the condition of the room. Based on this experience, we would not stay here again.

The parking was safe and convenient. Unfortunately, there was a mix up between the Hotels.com booking and the hotel and we were unable to eat breakfast. The TV in our room didn’t work- someone came to inspect, confirmed it didn’t work, and said they didn’t have any other rooms… It wasn’t a big deal, but a “sorry about that!” would have gone a long way. The front desk was also unbothered.
