Charged a ridiculous cleaning fee for four dirty towels. $500 really? This place is horrible. Homeless hotel!!! Stay away.

Joshua, I would like to apologize for the negative experience you had during your recent stay with us. Guest satisfaction is our top priority and we take feedback like yours seriously to ensure we are providing our guests with the best possible experience. Upon investigating this matter further, we did find that you were charged 500 for damaging 4 towels along with the bed sheets in the room. This damage was due to human waste, which involves a much more thorough cleaning process carried out by a third party company. We must do this anytime there is anything beyond the scope of daily housekeeping, to ensure our rooms are up to our standards for all future guests. I understand the frustration this may cause, and apologize for the inconvenience; however, this is not something we are able to waive as it is a standard practice at our hotel. If there's anything else you'd like to discuss or if there are any other concerns you have, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
