Older home but many updates made. The location was ideal as it’s walking distance to many trendy shops and cafes. Check in/out was simple and problem free. I will say that the add is misleading in that it states the home is air conditioned. There are two window units, one on the main floor and one in the sunroom on the second. The attic bedroom however is not and with the extremely high summer temps the room was unusable which was less than ideal. There were also no kitchen towels or sponges or bath mats available so I had to buy some. Overall a decent place.

Very comfortable! House was very clean. House was slanted so with bad knees the stairs were a bit ruff as well as showering was difficult. The tub needs to be levelled and a slip pad should be added. Some seating outside on the deck would be a nice addition, as well as yard maintenance. Otherwise it was great!

Older character home, nicely decorated and functional.The only issues that I would say need to address are 1) sidewalks and parking need to be cleared. Now I know Winnipeg had lots of snow but this should be looked after 2) only television is upstairs in a bedroom, This needs to be moved to the living room.
