Publié le 27 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWhoever the property manager is needs to be fired. I was given no instructions about the property or how to obtain keys. I stood in front door trying to reach the owner/vrbo/property manager, it took over 30mins to get a hold of someone with the access code. All the remotes either had dead batteries or malfunctioning so I wasn't able to turn bedroom light on or turn the fan down when sleeping (very frustrating). The same remote issue was with the tv remote. A positive was that the house was very clean.

Nice newer rental
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayMust have been a newer rental as the amenities were scarce - however when we questioned the owner he next day delivered the kitchen utensils we asked about so very responsive. The door code was also incorrect upon check in but owner quickly set a new code within 10 minutes remotely. Everything else was good.

There was some dirt and a dead spider behind the door where the toilet is in the master bathroom, but overall very clean and roomy. The bunkbeds and amount of rooms were perfect for us. Would recommend for a large family

Publié le 17 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayI rented this 4 bedroom house for my parents and I, just the 3 of us. The house is new, clean and spacious. Those are the highlights. They provide nothing; no shower soap, ironing board, complimentary coffee nor anything else one would expect for $185 per day. We had ants all over the kitchen walls and countertops. I could bare through those inconveniences but the part that got to me was the communication, lack thereof. Everytime there was an issue, like getting locked out of the house due to the keypad not working. The individual who is listed on VRBO had to call his mother to resolve the issue. My elderly parents and I were locked out of the house for 40mins in the florida heat and could not reach anyone and when we reached him, we had to wait for his mother to resolve the issue. I haved over 50 stays at VRBO homes. This is my FIRST bad review; I am a very understanding and patient person. It appears these owners are in it just for the money! We were in the house late at night to mid-morning only. We were not asking for much.

The guest who rented the property encountered challenges in operating the keypad due to a lack of familiarity with its usage, leading to repeated input of incorrect codes and subsequent lockouts. To prevent such occurrences for future guests, comprehensive instructions on operating the keypad will be made available.
Furthermore, the property is a newly constructed residence located in an area where the land has recently been cleared, resulting in the presence of ants in the neighborhood. In response to this issue, the Community Association has taken proactive measures by engaging a professional pest control company to treat all homes and lawns.
Regarding the individual claimed to be my mother is actually the Property Manager, it is advisable for guests to communicate through VRBO for prompt and efficient responses. This way, both the guest and the Property Manager can have access to the communication.
For the convenience of our guests, the home is equipped with shower supplies, and additional amenities are stored under the sink. We apologize for the absence of an iron board, and we will ensure its inclusion for future guests. Additionally, more tea for the coffee maker will be provided to enhance the overall experience. Thank you for your understanding and valuable feedback.
