Just ok

Expensive but clean and spacious room right on the ocean. Chairs on the beach are extra $. We stayed 3 nights and did not have cleaning a single time, however we did promptly receive an extra blanket when we asked. Had to wait an extra hour to check in, and maids knocked 4x on checkout day to hurry us along even though we weren't late. Didn't feel welcome, and we wouldn't rush back, but would stay in Vero Beach again.

Thank you for your review, however, our hotel is located in Winter Haven. No where near the beach.

Disappointed

Overall not bad. Only complaint was on the third night water was dripping from fan in ceiling. It was dripping directly onto your head if using commode. Called front desk and was told no maintenance on duty and no vacant rooms to offer. Desk person literally said to place a towel on your head when necessary. Not appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear about the water dripping issue you experienced on the third night of your stay. That sounds quite uncomfortable and definitely not acceptable. It's disappointing that the front desk was unable to offer a more immediate solution or accommodate you in another room. Placing a towel on your head is certainly not an appropriate response to such a situation.

Disappointing

Within 10 minutes of being in our room we received 2 noise complaints. We have two children and we just got in from a 4 hr drive. Maybe they are over crowded and booked us next to some people who are not in a similar boat. Maybe people are just jerks! Either way we won’t be staying here again.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like it was quite frustrating, especially after a long drive with children. It's possible that the noise complaints were due to a misunderstanding or perhaps the neighboring guests had different expectations about noise levels.

A very comfortable room, lots of room, with good lighting, lots of plugs, comfortable bed. Annoying to have the fan go on every time you put on the bathroom light, however.

The hotel is nice- Susan the bartender is amazing and breakfast and dinner was delicious. The outdoor area is ok not many places to sit. Hotel sits on the same property as Hampton Inn and Outback so parking spots are limited if the hotel is packed. The area is under construction but there are plenty of restaurants, fastfood and groceries stores nearby

It sounds like you had a positive experience overall at the hotel, especially with Susan's exceptional service at the bar and the delicious meals. However, it's noted that the outdoor area could use improvement in terms of seating options. Overall, it seems like a good choice for accommodation with some minor inconveniences.
