Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 3 vehicles at the property (2 in garage 1 on community lot). STR license #022162

If you want to experience the best Colorado has to offer, this is it! Exceptional property with gorgeous mountain views. Felt so homey and had all the necessities that you could possibly need. An absolute amazing location and really made you fall more in love with the area. We didn't want to leave and can not wait to come back.

Winter Getaway in Winter Park

The new townhouses in the town of Winter Park are very elegantly decorated and have all of the amenities that you could ever want! The kitchen was perfectly outfitted for cooking meals for a family, and the games cupboard and game room were awesome and so much fun for downtime after skiing. The house is very conveniently located close to Winter Park/Mary Jane resort, and there is a lot of storage for skis and boots. We will definitely stay here for our next trip to Winter Park!

Perfect getaway location

The photos simply did not do this home justice - it was beautiful, immaculate, and had everything we needed. The hot tub on the roof afforded a relaxing place to view the stars, and the elevated patio overlooking the creek was a wonderful place to relax to the sound of running water. The kitchen is well-appointed and allowed us to prepare wonderful meals. The location is perfect: downtown Winter Park is walkable, but the mountain and creek view makes you feel like you're far away from the crowds.

Amazing Views, Amazing Location, Amazing Hosts

This home was everything we could ask for in a week-long stay. A list of above & beyond amenities: -Mater bedroom unobstructed mountain & creek views -A complete kitchen- nothing was missed for prep, cooking & serving. -Absolutely anything you need for infants/toddlers, so nice not having to lug that stuff around. Overall, the most complete stay I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

This place was so lovely! We are frequent renters of properties on VRBO and other platforms and this was one of our favorites. Decorated to perfection and so so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen has all that we needed and the entire home was carefully curated with everything you may need. Highly recommend! We found this place by doing a search for “waterfront property” in Colorado. We were hoping the river was accessible but it was not. We did enjoy the sound of the river (more like babbling brook) and that was super cool in the morning while drinking coffee on back deck. But if you are looking to use the river, this would not be ideal. We do highly recommend the house for all the other reasons and we will definitely be back! Super cool and unique. Great spot!

We stayed at this Villa for a Winter Park spring break trip, and it was perfect for our family of 5. It is spacious and superbly decorated - lives up to its luxury designation. After a full day of skiing, we soaked in the rooftop hot tub, made dinner in the beautiful kitchen, relaxed on the huge sofa next to the gas fireplace, and slept soundly on the very comfortable beds. The house was very clean and well stocked. Only couldn't find extra trash bags and a dustpan/broom. We didn't have a car (took a shuttle from the airport), and getting to the slopes each day via the nearby Lift stops was easy. Getting groceries the first night was more challenging, and next time I will use the grocery delivery service despite its high fees. There is a lot you can walk to from this villa though - coffee/breakfast shops, ice cream, fish tacos at Pepe Osaka's, and ski rentals at Christy Sports. Our kids are already talking about the next trip to Winter Park, and we'd love to stay in this villa again. The neighborhood is still under construction, so it will be even more charming once that is done.
