Perfect for Large Families

The house was very large and located in a very nice and walkable neighborhood. There is plenty of open shared space as well as comfortable bedrooms with lovely views. The heated garage as a real plus for our winter trip.

Perfect House for an Adult Ski Trip

We rented this house for an Adult only ski trip. It was very close to Winter Park Resort. There was a shuttle stop close by too. The house was very large for our large group. The hot tub was very nice to have after a day of skiing.

Great Family vacation

We had a large family vacation that included 4 family groups with kids ranging from 1-17. House was just what we expected and everyone had a great time. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed and we had plenty of space to eat, sleep and relax after long days of exploring.

Spring Break at Elk Lodge

This was a great house. It had so much space and was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and just hang out there at the house, if we wanted too! Some of us went skiing and some of us just stayed at the house and enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful view :)

Great house for three families

Tons of room to spread out and sleep comfortably - 6 adults and 8 kids. Easy access to town and ski area. Snowed the entire time we were there but the driveway was plowed each day so it wasn't a problem. Radiant heat everywhere inside the house is so nice. Hot tub was a life saver after long days on the mountain. Super easy checkout process too!

Great Home!

We rented this property for a family getaway. 10 adults/10 children. This home was perfect for us. Plenty of room to sprawl out. Great kitchen for home meals! Loved the deck and hot tub to relax in after dinner. And the location was great to access downtown, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping and activities! Thank you so much for sharing your home!!!

As always, we have a great time!

Every year my group of friends uses winter park lodging co to rent out a cabin for Thanksgiving. And wow! They always take care of us. The return discount, the treats left for my sisters service dog and a prompt response when things go wrong! We had an issue with our stove which they fixed as soon as possible the next morning. We even had an issue with a pull out bed and they ended up refunding us an amount to compensate for the lost space. We will keep staying with them each year as long as they'll have us!! 10/10 for customer service and stocked houses!

The size of this house fit our needs but the interior is tired. The majority of the dishes are chipped. There was a broken table with glass pieces scattered in the snow on the deck. Ants invaded a bathroom one day. Mold in the downstairs shower. It's functional but the house needs a deep clean and some care.

Fourth of July family fun

We have enjoyed getting together for a family celebration the week of July 4th for 14 years. This year there were 19 of us in this lovely 5 bed, 5 bath house. It is our favorite hands down!!! We are already hoping to secure the property for next year. Winter Park Lodging Company is great to work with and are amazing to solve any problems as they arise!! Only positives when working with Winter Park professionals who know their properties well :) Thank you!!! MANAGER COMMENTS: Wonderful to hear! The radiant heating and cooling left the rooms a little too warm for comfort and the sound system did not work, but overall it was a good experience and had plenty of space.

Our family loves the Winter Park area, Elk Lodge and Winter Park Lodging. With a large group, this house is perfect.Nothing is lacking in the amenities or supplies. Plenty of beds and bedding. Plentiful towels. Employees who respond quickly to any question or need. Great choice of a place to relax and enjoy some family time.
