Located two blocks off of the Main Street of downtown Winter Park, King's Crossing Solar Townhome is a unique 2 bedroom lodging choice.
The unit is a spacious 1,350 square feet on two levels. Our 2-bedroom- 2 1/2-bathroom unit is non-smoking and warmly decorated.
The entry of the townhome is keyless and has a large mud room for storage of boots, skis, bikes, coats, and more.
The adjacent solarium is accessible from the master bedroom or coat room and has a private 4 person indoor hot tub. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, plus en-suite bathroom.
Included on the ground floor, is the second bedroom with one queen size bed and a twin bunk above. Additional bathroom is located in the hallway with access to a brand new washer & dryer.
The upstairs of the unit is warm and inviting. The great room has a pine-paneled vaulted ceiling, open-plan layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen with skylight, breakfast bar, dining and living room together with large moss-rock fireplace, and a brand new 55" 4k TV. We have cable, and WIFI access, with all the apps on the tv.
A small south-facing solar sun room leads off the living room. The living room has a brand new couch, love seat and recliner chair. The couch folds out to a full size hide-a-bed in the sofa and a separate bathroom. Also, a table with 4 chairs for cards, games, or puzzles.

CONVENIENTLY located to both Winter Park/Mary Jane ski area and Fraser, to several trails for hiking, biking, cross country skiing/snowshoeing, dog sledding, sleigh rides, a great tubing hill, and music venue. A PARK which includes tennis courts, a playground, picnic areas, barbeque grills and a nature trail is less than a 5 minute walk from our townhome. Safeway and other grocery stores are a 15 minute drive. The local movie theater, video store, shopping and restaurants are a short walk from our home.

Ski vacation

Nice Condo- very comfortable- easy drive to the mountain and very close shuttle access as well. Downtown was within reasonable walking distance. Fireplace and hot tub were a plus! Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was very well stocked with condiments and spices. The beds were comfortable. The mud room was the perfect place to drop our gear and shoes. Really liked having a private hot tub. The unit was quiet and the host was easy to get in touch with. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Great condo in Winter Park

We had a great stay at this property. The property was clean and just as described in the listing. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs (master and bunk bed room) with 2 bathrooms. Upstairs is a half bath with the fold out couch. The hot tub was great! Communication with Rich was great. The location of the property is very convenient to both Winter Park and Fraser. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely Townhouse - As advertised

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The kitchen has everything a family would need to make meals. The bedrooms are spacious. And having the half bath upstairs was genius. It was great that each room had its own thermostat, so everyone was perfectly comfortable.There is a long wood stepdown walk to the front door and limited parking, but easily navigable for most people.We enjoyed the comfort of technology as the smart tv had all the apps and channels you could want, but we also enjoyed "unplugging" from the world and playing table games under the big sky light while enjoying the fantastic views from upstairs. Rich was quick and courteous with his responses. Definitely recommend!

A little tricky to find but worth it

Google maps had us at the entirely wrong location. Make sure you update your map program to find this place. Once you do, it's pretty secluded and beautiful.

Beautiful Condo - Loved the Split Levels

Beautiful condo - we really enjoyed our stay in the Fraser area and the condo was perfect. We loved that the bedrooms were downstairs and upstairs was the living space, which was great for having friends over one night to play a card game. I loved the sunroom - it was perfect for reading in the afternoon. It was also nicely stocked - towels, spices, dishes, pots/pans, bowls, etc. We also loved the access to the hot tub. Rich also allowed us to check in a little early, which was wonderful as we had a dinner on the evening we arrived. Would highly recommend!

Townhouse in Fraser Colorado

This 2 level townhouse had a high cieling on the upper level which made it feel airy. The indoor hot tub was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The second bedroom could have had a chair.

Great Townhome in Winter Park

This townhome was great for a family spring break snowboarding trip to Winter Park. The downstairs bedrooms were clean, comfy and well furnished. The upstairs living space was big and so great to hang out after a long day on the slopes. Real full-sized furniture was a nice surprise too making it really comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything a guest would need. Heated mud room was great for drying gear and the adjoining hot tub felt great. The townhome is just 2 minutes off Main Street and close to lots of restaurants. A short 10 minute drive to Winter Park resort made it super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place!

This condo was absolutely PERFECT for our stay while skiing at Winter Park. The front mud room was great for keeping all our outdoor/cold weather gear. The kitchen & living room were extremely comfortable. Sleeping arrangements were great. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We loved the hot tub...we were worried that the house might smell of chlorine because it's attached...nope! No chlorine smell & it was nice not having to dash through the cold to relax in it after a long day skiing. I'll definately be back on our next Winter Park ski trip!

We had a great time in Winter Park and the owner Rich did an excellent job communicating and allowing us to check in early. The townhouse is easy to find and a short distance from WP ski resort. The second level of the townhouse is very spacious! We enjoyed the private hot tub as well in those cold days. Thank you again!
